Return policy
You have the right to revoke this contract without the necessity of stating certain reasons within a period of fourteen days.
Attention: Custom-made products are excluded from the exchange!
The withdrawal period amounts to fourteen days starting with the date on which you or a third party you designate and which is not the carrier have or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Sporthandel Liebermann, Adrian Liebermann, Eichhofweg 3, 96450 Coburg, Phone 0049-(0)9561-7334280, Email: info@hgg-reitsport.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letterdispatched by post, fax or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the sample revocation form below, which is however not obligatory to utilize.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you excluding delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) promptly and at the latest within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal of this contract has been received by us.
For such refund, we will use the same means of payment as you have used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any kind of fees for this refund. We may refuse repayment until we have regained the goods or until you have provided evidence of your return of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract to us, Sporthandel Liebermann, Adrian Liebermann, Eichhofweg 3, 96450 Coburg, Phone 0049-(0)9561-7334280, Email: info@hgg-reitsport.de. The time limit is met if you send off the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You have to carry the cost of returning the goods to us.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods. If you cannot return the service received and possible benefits gained (e.g. benefits of use) or can only return it partly or in a deteriorated condition, you are obliged to compensate us for the lost value.
For the deterioration of the goods and the benefits gained you must only provide a value replacement if the use or the deterioration is due to a handling that exceeds the test of the characteristics and functional reliability of the goods. Testing the characteristics and functioning refers to examining the respective goods, as would be the case in a retail store.
